Return and Refund Policy
The refund policy as per our Standard policy.
Cancellation by us:
Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. We cancel your order if limitations on quantities available for purchase, or problems identified by our credit inaccuracies or errors, and fraud avoidance department. We require additional verifications or information like contact before accepting any order. We cancel Cash payment mode orders for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order and Cheque payment mode orders if the cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
Cancellation by Customer:
- If you cancel before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- Contact Customer Support If your product has shipped but has not yet delivered.
- It is eligible for a replacement if you received the product & defects found with the product.
- In case you find a fault in your item, Contact Us Customer Care via within three days from the date of delivery.
The return will be processed only if
- determined that the product not damaged while in your possession
- It is not different from what was shipped to you( with the brand’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, all the things therein).
- The product was defective, damaged in transit
- The item was missing
- The wrong product received
The product may not be eligible for return in some cases once the pack is open, the mighty product experiences a slight chance of contamination. Hence we cannot take it back. If you are unhappy with the packaging, please contact us.
The case may be a refund to be issued once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return.
Rules of Return & Refund policy
- The customer should raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- Unboxing video for any damages or missing products is mandatory.
- All originals tags & packaging intact should not be tampered with or broken.
- The refund will be a credit to your account if the seller accepts your request.
- Before the refund, Quality to be checked by the seller.
