How to use a Z Disc?
Firstly ensure your disc functions properly; sanitize it before use by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
Step 1: Insert
Squeeze the Disc to form an infinity figure <♾️>. Sit, squat, or raise one leg. Then slowly push the back rim of the Disc into your vagina.
Step 2: Tuck
Using the same index finger, tuck the front rim up and behind the pubic bone to adjust the position of the Disc. The pubic bone will feel like a hard ridge inside your vaginal canal with a slight protrusion. The disc will settle right here.
Step 3: Remove
Relax your pelvic muscles and position yourself like you are about to have a bowel movement. Then hook your index finger under the front rim of the Disc and gently slide the Disc out.
Step 4: Rinse and Repeat
Easy peasy!

Our Disc's high capacity of 55 mL is equivalent to ~ 7-8 regular tampons. Just to give you a perspective, a regular woman bleeds 45 ml in a day. That means you can wear them longer, even during your heaviest flow. The Z Disc can easily be removed to be emptied when you use the washroom.
It is perfect for light or heavy flows, especially during travel.
You can wear the Z Disc for up to 12 hours and use it for up to 5 years.
Can I wear the Z Disc during sex?
